MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
First Half
- After the first 10 minutes passed without a goal, senior Brittany Miller struck first for the Duhawks with her second of the season with 19:51 remaining in the half.
- The one-goal lead held for nearly five minutes before Beloit answered to knot the match at one.
- For the remainder of the half, each Duhawk goal was answered by the Buccaneers, sending the match to halftime level at 3-all.
Second Half
- Out of the gates, Beloit tallied two goals in the opening five minutes to take its first lead of the day at 5-3.
- Junior Sarah Hanson recorded a hat-trick with her goal at the 18:10 mark to bring Loras to within one.
- Trailing 8-5, the Duhawks once again cut the deficit to one with goals from senior Hannah Nelson and Hanson with 6:25 remaining.
- Before Loras could equalize, Beloit tacked on a pair of insurance goals to take a 10-7 lead with 1:34 remaining.
- Off the ensuing draw control, freshman Olivia Flynn collected the ball and dished to Hanson for her sixth goal of the day and 13th of the season.

- In four games, Hanson's goal total is nearing her career-best, set as a freshman (19)
- Junior Ashley McGee recorded a season-high 11 saves on Saturday
- As a team, Loras converted a season-high 20 clear attempts

Olivia Flynn | A balanced day for the Apple Valley, Minn. native saw Flynn collect seven ground balls and four draw controls while forcing one turnover and adding two assists. Through four games, Flynn has eight goals and 10 points with 25 ground balls.
