DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The Loras women's volleyball team added to its streak on Tuesday night, defeating Edgewood in four. Abby Allgeyer provided plenty of offense, totaling 18 kills with a .286 attack percentage.

MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
• After going down 23-22 late in the first set, Paige Griffith converted two attacks scoring two of the last three points needed to clinch the first set
• Tied 19-all in the second set, Edgewood went on a 5-0 run to jump ahead of the Duhawks and eventually take the second set off a Loras attacking error
• After going down 5-2 early in the third set, the Duhawks had three big runs of five, six and seven points, before winning 25-16
• In the fourth set,Loras rallied for a six-point run with Allgeyer serving, opening a nine-point advantage at 13-4

• Abby Allgeyer recorded a season-high kill total, surpassing her previous mark of 13 from last Friday against Nebraska Wesleyan
• Loras led in the service category railing off 11 service aces to Edgewood's seven
• Krystal Tranel was four digs shyof tying her career best of 28
• Sarah Lewis finished with a career-best 10 kills, hitting .364 in the process
• Jenna Mazur surpassed 700 digs for her career, finishing with eight on Tuesday
