DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The Loras softball team ended a three-game skid on Tuesday, taking both ends of a doubleheader against Simpson by identical 3-2 scores.
Bria Lenten was the hero in game two, taking a 2-1 pitch back up the middle to score the winning run.

Game Two
- Loras carried the momentum over from game one and jumped on Simpson for two runs in the first ... After an RBI single by Towns, Lenten blasted her 25th career double for her 96th career RBI
- Simpson managed to cut the lead in half in the top of the fifth with a two-out single back up the middle
- Down to their final out, the Storm tied the game in the top of the seventh on a sacrifice fly
- The Duhawks fired back with a two-out rally in the home half of the seventh, which started with a single by Towns ... Hers was the first of three singles, capped by Lenten's walk-off single up the middle to score Towns
