RIVER FOREST, Ill. (Duhawks.com) - The Loras women's lacrosse team fell to 6-8 overall and 4-5 in league play following a 10-8 loss to Concordia Chicago on Sunday.
Sarah James and
Katlynne Wolf each netted hat-tricks for the Duhawks in the loss.
MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
- The Duhawks and Cougars matched each other goal-for-goal, resulting in a 3-3 scoreline after 15 minutes
- Late in the first half, three goals gave Loras a 6-4 lead with two coming from James and one from
Katlynne Wolf … The Cougars found a way to answer with two of their own before the half ended, resulting in a 6-6 tie at the break
- Early in the second half, the Duhawks netted back-to-back goals by
Olivia Flynn and Wolf to take an 8-7 lead
