The No. 9 Loras College men's soccer team traveled to De Pere, Wis. to face non-conference opponent St. Norbert. The Green Knights defeated the Duhawks 2-0 on Wednesday night. 

St. Norbert struck first in the 7th minute to take the 1-0 lead. In the 51st minute the Green Knights extended their lead to 2-0. 

The Duhawks registered 11 shots with eight shots being on goal. Loras keeper Jack Monson stepped up twice to make two saves for Loras.

Manny Lopez and Tigrio Huerta sent back-to-back shots in the 87th minute but they were saved by the Green Knight keeper.  

Loras will travel to Pella, Iowa to face Central College on Saturday, Oct. 5. First kick is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
