October 26, 2019 - The No. 24 Loras College men's soccer team (14-4-1, 6-2 A-R-C) came back from a one-goal deficit to defeat the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves (7-7-3, 1-5-1 A-R-C), 2-1, to grab their sixth conference win.
The Duhawks led in shots 14-7, with eight being on goal forcing six saves from Nebraska Wesleyan's goalkeeper.
Prairie Wolf forward Thomas Distefano gave Nebraska Wesleyan the lead in the 7th minute of play.
Loras equalized in the 23rd minute when
Tigrio Huerta found
Connor McGarry from the corner to bring the score even at 1-1.
Manny Lopez scored the final goal of the night in the 61st minute to give the Duhawks the 2-1 comeback victory.

Loras returns to action Tuesday, Oct. 29., as they host the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater for non-conference play. First kick is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
