FON DU LAC, Wis. (Duhawks.com) - The Loras College women's lacrosse team won their third consecutive game against Marian improving to 4-6 on the year. The Duhawks defeated the Sabres 18-16. Loras was led by Olivia Flynn who tallied 8 goals. 

MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
• Marian struck first in the first 30 second, but Olivia Flynn answered with three consecutive goals of her own to put the Duhawks up 3-1. 
• The Sabres went ahead by two points with just under 10 minutes to play in the first half. 
• Renata Veljacic closed the first half with the last two goals with 4:38 and 0:58 remaining in the half.
• The Duhawks exploded in the second half with three unanswered goals
• Loras scored their final goal with 7:12 remaining in regulation and closed out the game 18-16
