May 7, 2022 – Putting the finishing touches on its final preparations ahead of the conference meet in less than a week, the No. 2 Loras College women's track and field team excelled at the Dr. Tucker Open on Saturday, led by a school-record performance by Kassie Parker in the 1,500-meter run in addition to multiple event wins and all-time marks.

She currently holds the No. 1 time in Division III in the 10,000-meter run and ranks second in the 5,000-meter run.

The 4-by-100-meter relay of Stevie Lambe, Marion Edwards, Alyssa Pfadenhauer and Elayna Bahl took back their national lead in the event with a time of 46.42, putting their third in program history.
