DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Loras College football team fell 62-7 against No. 3 Wartburg College Saturday afternoon inside the Rock Bowl.

Wartburg opened the scoring on a 21-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and maintained control of the first half by rattling off 42 unanswered before the break.

The second half saw the Knights score twice more to go up 55-0 before quarterback Evan England found Brock Couch on a 20-yard touchdown pass with 2:52 to play in the quarter. Wartburg closed out the game with a late score to win it 62-7.

England finished the day with 210 yards through the air, with 'Mani Brown on the receiving end of 80 yards with seven receptions. Defensive back Josh Rydberg led the way with 11 tackles, including eight solo. Dawson Charley had a career-high 3.5 tackles for loss to lead the Duhawks.
