AMES, Iowa – The Loras College women's golf team concluded its fall season with a sixth-place finish at the American Rivers Conference Championship this past Saturday, Sunday and Monday at the Ames Golf & Country Club. 
 
Julia Busch led the way for the Duhawks, finishing fourth in the individual standings. Busch fired an opening round 77 (+6), followed by an 81 (+10) in round two and an 80 (+9) in the final round. Jenna Bistline also finished inside the top ten with an eighth-place finish of her own. Bistline recorded a three-day total of 243, including rounds of 84 (+13), 80 (+9), and 79 (+8). Both Busch and Bistline earned All-Conference honors from their performances.  
 
Ellen Pechan recorded a tournament total of +53, finishing in a tie for 29^th. Elish Flynn shot an opening round 86 (+15) before back-to-back rounds of 93 (+22) to finish 35th.
 
Rounding out the Loras lineup was Brianna Baron who recorded a three-day total of +78.
