DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Loras College women's wrestling team opens its 2025-26 campaign on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Luther Hill Invite in Indianola, Iowa.
The Duhawks enter their third season under new leadership, as head coach
Jeren Glosser takes the helm and looks to elevate the program.
"We are very excited for the kickoff to our women's wrestling season," said Glosser. "We are looking forward to continued growth of our team."
Last season, Loras competed in its first dual meet against Buena Vista University and made its debut at the American Rivers Conference Championship.
Alyssa Seippel and
Bailey Welu earned All-Conference honors, placing third in the 124- and 131-pound weight classes, respectively.

As the program enters its third year, Glosser is eager to see new talent make an impact.
"We added several talented freshmen that we are excited to see compete this season."
Up next: Loras will travel to Decorah, Iowa, for the Luther Open hosted by Luther College. Competition is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
