PELLA, Iowa - The Loras College women's tennis team lost to the Central College Dutch, 5-2, on Firday night in Pella, Iowa.

The Duhawks were unable to grab the doubles point, with Mary Breitbach and Megan Covelli being the only Duhawk winner, defeating Lauren Gano and Emma Murphy.

In singles play, Loras was led by Breitbach and Ellie Kalina. Breitbach was victorious at the No. 1 spot, defeating Jenna Mitsuko Mahoney 6-1, 6-1. Kalina was a winner over Madi Whalen, 6-2, 6-1.

Up Next: Loras will be back on the road Saturday, Oct. 4 for a matchup with the Simpson College Storm at 10 AM.
