DUBUQUE, Iowa - The Loras College women's volleyball team hosted a competitive field this past weekend at Lillis Court, taking on Gustavus Adolphus College, Saint Mary's University (Minn.), and St. Olaf College.

The Duhawks showed fight throughout the tournament, highlighted by a five-set battle with the Cardinals, but ultimately came away with an 0-3 mark.

Gustavus Adolphus College 3, Loras 0

• The Duhawks opened the weekend against Gustavus Adolphus, but the Gusties controlled the match from start to finish with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, and 25-11.
