DECORAH, Iowa – The Loras College men's golf team finished in a tie for third place in the five-team field at the Luther Spring Invite, hosted at Oneota Golf and Country Club.

Two Duhawks placed inside the top 10 for the tournament. Alex Link shot an opening round 77 (+5) to sit in fourth place after day one. Wyatt Herting fired an opening round 82 (+10) but moved up nine spots after a two-over round of 74 on day two, to finish in fourth place. Link rounded out his tournament with a 79 (+7) on day two, which was good for a seventh place finish.

Silas Schultz finished in 14^th after rounds of 79 (+7) and 80 (+8). Nicholas Sullivan and Will Coohey finished in 19^th and 20^th place, respectively. Sullivan opened with a round of 83 (+11), while Coohey opened with a 84 (+12). Both shot final rounds of 79 (+7).

Up Next: The Duhawks will return to the course on April 23 for the Central Shootout, hosted by Central College.
