Why Loras: “Loras has the perfect combination of a great biology program and a successful soccer team. On my visit, seeing how nice everyone was made the decision even easier.”

What it means to be a Duhawk: “A Duhawk isn’t just the mascot of the school, it’s an identity everyone who enters the school takes on for the rest of their lives. It’s a characteristic that unites generations. Unlike other schools, being a Duhawk means that you are constantly supporting other Duhawks on the field, in the classroom, and through life.”

Favorite memory at Loras: “My favorite memory from the time at Loras is the day that we beat the #1 team in the country my sophomore year. It had been a slow starting season for us, so this giant upset was even larger. We watched the movie “Apocolypto” on the way to the game and everyone kind of took the movie as a joke… until we got to the field. We were yelling 'jaquar paw!' the entire game and even had Rothert throwing balls at us telling us to 'dodge the spears.' That day really showed everyone what could happen when everyone got motivated, and was a fantastic start to a great NCAA run that year."

2014: Appeared in 11 games as a senior

2013: Appeared in 22 games and started one game as a junior … Scored three goals and had four assists on the season

2012: Appeared in 19 games as a sophomore … Scored one goal, a game-winner, on the season … Scored the game-winning goal against University of Dubuque (Oct. 23)

2011: Appeared in nine games as a freshman
