Loras College Athletics

2017: As a sophomore she started all 36 games for the Duhawks at first base...finished the year with a .442 batting average with 29 RBI, 16 doubles and six home runs. Led the team in hits, doubles, total bases, batting average and slugging percentage...Hit two home runs in Loras’ win over Wartburg on April 8, 2017...Named All-Conference First-Team and NFCA All-Region First team.

2016-2017: After her sophomore indoor campaign, ranks ninth all time in school history in shot put (12.83 meters)

2016: Appeared in 35 games... Led the team in several statistical categories including batting average (.430), hits (37), doubles (11) and total bases (68)... Posted a team-best .791 slugging percentage that ranked second in conference and 43rd nationally... Led the team and the IIAC with a .524 on-base percentage which included an 11-game on-base streak... Named to the second team All-Iowa Conference. 

High School: Graduate of Huntley High School...2 year player for coach Mark Petryneic in the Fox Valley Conference...named all-conference, all-area, and athlete of the year of the Northwest Herald.

Personal: Megan Marie Larson...daughter of Mike and Cindy...sister of Hannah and Tyler.
