NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- A day after winning the women's 5,000, sophomore Audrey Miller claimed her second conference title of the weekend, winning the women's 3,000 with a near two second lead over Wartburg's Ashlyn Bagge.
- Senior Audrey Hooks earned All-Conference honors with her fourth place finish in the women's 55 hurdles. Her time in the preliminaries of 8.37 was the best in the field and was .01 off her finals time, finishing third overall at 8.38.
- The women's 4x800 relay took second on Saturday. With a time of 9:38.78, the team of senior Alexis Hanson, sophomores Kemunto Ondande and Allie Serres along with freshman Brittany McNamara earned All-Conference honors.
- In the women's distance medley relay on Friday, Loras took second with its time of 12:43.63. The team of Hanson, Ondande, Serres and freshman Brianna Bower now rank 10th all-time in school history.
- Senior Nathan Kimbrell finished right on the heels of junior Kylian Lally in the men's 800, narrowly missing out on a top-10 finish at 1:56.22. Lally and Kimbrell combined for 14 team points, finishing second and third overall.
- In the men's 4x400 relay, Loras' team of senior Brandon Gradoville, sophomore Anakin Hall and freshmen Shamari Scott and Patrick Mikel earned All-Conference honors with a second place finish behind Simpson's team with a time of 3:22.68.
- The Duhawks claimed top honors in the men's 4x800 relay, winning the title with their time of 7:54.10. Led by Kimbrell, senior Brien Nugent, Lally and sophomore Cole Conklin-Little, their time ranks second all-time in program history.
- Loras' distance medley relay on the men's side ran its way to an All-Conference finish with a time of 10:20.27. The team of Kimbrell, Brandon Gradoville, Lally and Nugent now rank 10th all-time in school history.
UP NEXT
Select student-athletes will travel to one of three locations next weekend for the NCAA Last Chance Meets, with hopes of improving times in order to qualify for nationals, which are to be held on March 10 and 11 in Naperville, Ill. at North Central College.
