DECORAH, Iowa – The Loras College baseball team (12-6 overall, 1-1 American Rivers) fell in extra innings to the Luther College Norse (14-7, 3-3), 10-9, on Friday evening.
Nick DiBenedetto went 3-for-6 at the plate with a pair of runs scored.

Aidan Herrick's single to right field scored DiBenedetto, trimming the deficit to two.
The Norse struck right back with a two-RBI triple, opening up a four-run lead. Polizzi's home run at the top of the seventh made it a 5-3 game, but Luther would go on to score two more runs at the bottom of the seventh to extend its lead back to four (7-3).
