DECORAH, Iowa – The Loras College men's tennis team had its season come to an end in the American Rivers Conference Tournament semifinal round, with a 4-0 loss to the one-seeded Luther College Norse.

The Norse were able to grab the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and 2.

In singles play, the Duhawks were able to hang around in the early but were unable to grab any points. Gage Becker fell at No. 1 6-0, 6-2 and Jaimes Palmer was defeated by Gerardo Ramirez Mainou 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2. The final point for the home team came at No. 5 where Abhyudit Nagar dropped his match 6-4, 6-1.

Dali Martens, Hayden Martin, and Horia Popa all had their matches abandoned in the second set.
