Sept. 20, 2022 – The Duhawks keep climbing the ranks as the Loras College men's soccer team is ranked 17^th in the second United Soccer Coaches (USC) Top 25 Poll of the 2022 season. Loras jumped into the top 25 this week after receiving votes a week ago.

This ranking marks the first appearance for the Duhawks in the USC Top 25 poll since the Oct. 29, 2019 when they were ranked No. 24.

The Duhawks are 4-1 so far in 2022 with a trio of their wins coming in 1-0 affairs, including their win over Illinois Wesleyan University at home on Saturday. Loras has lost just one match this season, a strange 3-1 defeat back on Sept. 11 versus the Gustavus Adolphus College Golden Gusties, who are ranked No. 8 in this week's poll.

Loras is the only team from the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) that is either ranked or receiving votes in this week's poll. The Duhawks, along with conference rivals Luther College and Wartburg College, are receiving votes in the D3soccer.com poll.

Next up for the 17^th-ranked Duhawks is a trip to play at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater tomorrow, Wednesday Sept. 21. Kickoff versus the Warhawks is set for 7 P.M.
