Geoff Kaiser capped off his memorable collegiate career as the 2007 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field long jump national champion, jumping 23'10.75". Before then, he had accumulated nine All-America honors, earned 23 All-IIAC awards, claimed eight conference titles, and been a member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams that won the IIAC Championship in 2005 and 2007. Kaiser currently holds the indoor school records in the long jump (24'4.25") and triple jump (46'10") and the outdoor records for the 400-meter hurdles (52.24 seconds) and the triple jump (47'5"). He sits second all-time with his 24'3.5" long jump recorded in the 2005 season. He earned his bachelor's degree in physical education and was recognized as an outstanding student as an eight-time Academic All-American and All-Conference selection as well as a College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America and United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honoree in 2006. After graduation, Kaiser returned to Loras for two years and coached Barb Kremer to her first All-America finish in the 100-meter hurdles in 2009. He also coached track and field and boys' basketball at Messmer High School in Milwaukee, Wis., leading the girls' track and field team to victory in the conference championship, the first time any sport had done so in the school's 94-year history. He is also a member of Horicon High School's 2014 Hall of Fame class. Kaiser lives in Bellevue, Iowa where he coaches track and is the principal at Marquette Catholic with his wife Kelsey (Kruse) '12 and their two children Creighton and Beckett.
