In four years as a member of the track and field program, Nauman dominated in her area of expertise, the shot put. A five-time NCAA All-American in the shot put and discus, Nauman became a national champion in the shot put and set the NCAA Indoor Track and Field record at 48 feet, 5.5 inches. A resident of Gladstone, Mo., Nauman earned All-Conference honors in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
